Comprehensive Training for Entry-Level Positions
Crane Pest Control is dedicated to investing in talent. Depending on the company's needs, we consider individuals with no prior experience for our comprehensive six-month training program.
The training covers a wide range of topics, including identification, life habits, and control methods of various pests, fundamentals of pesticides, safe handling, human toxicology, safety protocols, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Growing with Experienced, Licensed Technicians
For most expansion needs, Crane Pest Control relies on state-licensed, experienced technicians, each encouraged to hold a minimum license as a Branch 2 Field Representative. Ongoing education requirements are essential, ensuring that each technician stays updated with the latest knowledge and techniques in pest control.
Competitive Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate for California licensed field representatives and applicators, with an additional 10 percent for night work. Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits program, including medical and dental coverage, along with a 401(k) plan. All necessary equipment and company vehicles are provided.
